ProText II offers a comprehensive line of fire suppression products for all commercial applications. The ProTex II system is especially designed for restaurants and food trucks that require a UL 300 wet fire suppression system. As a ProText II authorized distributor, our service technicians are certified, well trained and established in UL 300 upgrades, NFPA 17A, 17 and NFPA 96 requirements for design and installation of a new restaurant fire suppression system.

Regulatory Requirements:

UL 300 System Upgrades
All kitchen fire suppression systems manufactured after 1994 must comply with the UL 300 standard to account for increased commercial cooking times and temperatures. Dry chemical kitchen systems have been replaced with wet systems to accommodate hotter and longer cooking times.

With any restaurant fire suppression system that is due for a required 12-year hydro testing and have a manufacture date before 1994, please call us to discuss a system up-grade. We have found that a majority of Insurance companies no longer offer coverage for noncompliant fire systems older than 1994.
